The pool is on Comet Circle, free parking is allowed in the Lot 14 only using this Parking Permit.  Palomar College no longer wants us to us the Temporary Lot, although passes for Temporary Lot will work in Lot 14.  Lot 14 is off Mission Ave, before you turn onto Comet Circle, just east of the college.  See detailed MAP of Palomar Collage to find the pool and Lot 14 (in the lower right corner).  You may also use one of the Daily Pay Machines found in lot 3 or lot 5.  If you do not download the free permit, or get a one day permit at a machine, you may be ticketed.​  Note:  Permit not required for guests attending meets but only in Lot 14. All others may be ticketed.
